I am a Qualified Technical and Rehabilitation professional for people with an acquired hearing loss and have been supporting people with all degrees of hearing loss in North Wales for over 25 years.

 

I have had a hearing loss myself from a very young age and tinnitus for as long as I can remember.

With a wealth of experience I am able to empathise and understand with a practical approach.

I am able to provide specialist advice on all aspects of hearing loss and tinnitus.

With over 25 years of experience Jackie is a gold mine of information on hearing loss and often consulted by other professionals working in the field of deafness. 

The Good Hearing Advisor Service is open to people with a hearing loss, their families and friends as well as professionals and public organisations wishing to engage with people with a hearing loss to and encourage them to use their services efficiently.
